Do you offer free UK delivery?

Yes.
All UK orders over £10 qualify for FREE delivery.

How much do you charge for international shipping?

For international customers, we charge only one shipping fee per order, no matter how many items you buy.

You can add multiple Sikh items or books to your basket and pay just one delivery cost.

Do you charge VAT or taxes?

No.
We do not charge VAT or additional taxes on your order.

What about USA tariffs?

For all orders shipped to the United States, we cover the cost of any newly imposed tariffs.
You will not be asked to pay unexpected tariff charges after placing your order.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day (often same day if ordered early).

How long does delivery take?

UK Delivery:
2–4 working days (usually faster)

International Delivery:
7–15 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

How do I choose the correct Kara size?

To choose the correct Sikh Kara size, measure the widest part of your hand (knuckles). Select a Kara slightly larger than this measurement to allow comfortable fitting.

If unsure, contact us and we will guide you.

Are your Sarbloh Karas genuine?

Yes. Our Sarbloh Karas are made from traditional iron (Sarbloh).

Natural variations, small marks, or surface textures are part of the authentic finish and not defects.

Do you sell Sikh religious items for children?

Yes. We stock various sizes suitable for children and adults.

Can rings be resized?

Most metal rings can be resized slightly, but this depends on design and material. Please check before ordering.

Wrong item

Showed different pictures online and received something totally different from what I had ordered. Not happy with the service. Will not buy again.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. As mentioned in the listing, the Chupehra Sahib Gutka Sahib is now officially printed in a larger, bold-letter edition by Shaheeda Sahib Gurdwara since August 2025. This is due to the discontinuation of the older small-size format by the publisher.

We understand that the received product may not have matched the pictures online, but we do mention that the color and title page design may vary as publishers update editions from time to time. However, we would like to assure you that we have already offered a full refund with no restocking fee as a goodwill gesture. We have also offered to check with our suppliers for any remaining old-edition copies if available.
