To help maintain its appearance:
- Store in a dry place.
- Avoid excessive humidity.
- Keep away from harsh chemicals.
- Store separately where possible to reduce scratching.
- Use the supplied pouch or jewellery box where applicable.
Can jewellery scratch?
Yes.
Like most metals, jewellery can develop small scratches through normal everyday wear.
These are considered normal signs of use.
Why does my product have small marks?
Many traditional religious articles are handcrafted or individually finished.
Small polishing marks, forging marks or natural surface variations are normal characteristics and are not defects.
Do colours look different in real life?
They may.
Colours can vary slightly due to:
- Monitor settings
- Mobile phone displays
- Photography lighting
- Manufacturing batches
We always aim to represent products as accurately as possible.
How long will my jewellery last?
With normal care, many of our products will provide years of use.
Product lifespan depends upon:
- Material
- Frequency of wear
- Environment
- Maintenance
- Storage
Are your products inspected before dispatch?
Yes.
Where practical, products are quality checked before being carefully packed for dispatch.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the packaging if relevant.
We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I polish my jewellery?
Yes, where appropriate.
Always use a cleaning product suitable for the specific material and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Avoid abrasive cleaners unless specifically recommended for that material.
Will natural materials vary?
Yes.
Products made from natural materials such as wood, stone, Rudraksha, shells or other organic materials will naturally vary in colour, grain, texture and appearance.
These variations make each item unique.
Are minor imperfections considered faults?
No.
Minor variations, polishing marks, handcrafted finishes, natural grain patterns and slight colour differences are normal characteristics of many traditional products and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.
Do you guarantee exact colour matching?
We always aim to represent colours accurately.
However, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to differences in screens, lighting and manufacturing batches.
🎁 Promotions, Returns, Refunds & Customer Service
I forgot to use my promotional or discount code. Can you apply it afterwards?
Unfortunately not.
Promotional and discount codes must be entered during checkout before payment is completed.
Once payment has been completed, promotional codes cannot normally be applied retrospectively and we do not normally issue partial refunds because a promotional code was forgotten.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
We will always try to assist where possible.
However, orders may begin processing shortly after payment has been received and cancellation cannot normally be guaranteed once fulfilment has commenced.
Can I cancel my order and place it again using a discount code?
Normally not.
As orders may begin processing immediately after payment, we cannot usually cancel an order solely to allow it to be placed again using a promotional or discount code.
This policy helps ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet entered processing we will always try to help.
Unfortunately, once fulfilment has commenced we cannot guarantee address changes.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.

Why was my order dispatched so quickly?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Why can't you always stop an order?
To provide fast dispatch, our fulfilment system begins processing orders as quickly as possible.
Once warehouse processing has commenced, cancellation may no longer be possible.
What happens if I return my order?

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Why was a restocking fee applied?

How quickly do you reply to emails?
We aim to respond to customer emails within one working day during normal business hours.
Response times may occasionally be longer during busy periods or public holidays.
I sent several emails. Why have I only received one reply?
Where multiple emails or messages are received regarding the same enquiry before a response has been sent, we may reply to the most recent message only.
