1. Order Processing
We aim to dispatch ready-to-ship orders within 1 working day once payment has been confirmed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

- Courier service
- Public holidays
- Peak periods
- Unforeseen operational circumstances
Dispatch time and delivery time are separate.
2. Standard Delivery Times

International delivery may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier networks.
3. Express Delivery Times

Express delivery applies only after dispatch.

5. Customised & Storage Hub Orders
Certain items require additional processing time.
This includes:
- Customised products
- Items fulfilled from our Storage Hub
Customisation typically takes 5–14 working days, after which items are shipped to our site for final dispatch.
Processing times may vary due to:
- Raw material availability
- Supplier lead times
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen circumstances
We prioritise customised and Storage Hub orders and aim to dispatch them as soon as they arrive at our site.
Important: For communication and operational purposes, Storage Hub items are treated as customised orders.
6. Express Delivery on Customised Orders
If selecting Next Day, 24-hour, or 48-hour delivery for customised items:
You must contact us before placing the order.
Dispatch will occur:
- Once the customised item reaches our site (approximately 5–14 working days)
- Plus 1 working day for processing
After dispatch, the parcel will follow the selected express service timeline.
Express shipping does not reduce customisation time.
7. Collection & Storage Policy
OnlineSikhStore Ltd operates as an online-only store.
All stock is securely stored in warehouse/storage facilities.
No inventory is kept at our registered address.
For collection orders:
- Items are retrieved from storage after order placement
- Items are picked, packed, and brought to our address
- Collection details are provided once ready
Stock is stored approximately 30 minutes away.
We do not offer browsing or pre-purchase viewing due to off-site storage.
Customers may inspect or try items at the time of collection.
8. No Cancellations Policy
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.
Our dispatch operations and customer support systems operate separately.
By the time a cancellation request is received, the order may already have been processed or dispatched.
Cancellations also incur handling and restocking costs.
To avoid inconvenience, please only place an order if you fully intend to purchase the item.
9. Delivery Delays & External Factors
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Force majeure events
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
10. No Cold Calling Policy
We operate in a strict No Cold Calling zone.
We do not accommodate:
- Unscheduled visits
- Doorstep enquiries
- Cold calling
- Walk-ins without prior appointment
All collection or in-person arrangements must be pre-booked.
This ensures smooth dispatch operations and security of stored inventory.
