All sizes in the variation menu refer to the INNER DIAMETER of the Kara in centimetres.
For the most accurate fit, take a Kara that already fits comfortably and measure straight across the inside from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge.
Do not measure the outside diameter.
As this is a solid closed Kara, it must be large enough to comfortably pass over the widest part of the hand and knuckles.
Measurements are approximate and small manufacturing variations are normal.
