• Make a fist.
• Place your hand on a flat surface.
• Measure from the middle of the first knuckle to the middle of the fourth knuckle.

Method 2
• Measure the internal diameter of an existing Kara.
Measurements are taken using digital vernier calipers. A tolerance of approximately ±1mm is considered normal.
