This distinctive Chrome Plated Chain Sikh Kara is handcrafted using an authentic motorcycle chain, giving every bracelet a bold industrial appearance while preserving the timeless symbolism of the traditional Sikh Kara.
Each Kara is individually handmade by skilled artisans in Shri Amritsar Sahib Ji, the sacred city of Sri Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple). A genuine motorcycle chain is carefully shaped and permanently joined to a smooth chrome-plated inner Kara, creating a strong, comfortable and highly distinctive design.
The smooth inner surface ensures comfortable everyday wear, while the exposed motorcycle chain outer gives the Kara an eye-catching mechanical style that stands out from conventional Sikh bracelets.
Whether worn as a symbol of Sikh faith, appreciation of traditional craftsmanship, or by those with a passion for motorcycles and engineering, this Kara offers a unique combination of heritage and modern character.
Each Kara is individually handcrafted, making every piece slightly unique. One Kara is supplied per purchase.

โฌ Significance of the Sikh Kara
The Kara (เจเฉเจพ) is one of the Five Ks (Panj Kakaar) bestowed by Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji upon the Khalsa in 1699. Its unbroken circular form represents the eternal nature of Waheguru and serves as a daily reminder to live with honesty, courage, humility and selfless service.
Today, the Kara remains one of the most recognisable symbols of Sikh identity and commitment to Sikh values.
๐ How to Measure Your Kara Size
Kara sizes refer to the inside diameter.
To determine your correct size:
โข Make a comfortable fist.
โข Measure across the middle of your four knuckles (from the centre of the first knuckle to the centre of the fourth knuckle).
OR
โข Measure the inside diameter of an existing Kara that fits comfortably.
Select the nearest available size from the variation list.
Please Note: A variation of approximately ยฑ2mm generally makes very little difference to the overall fit.
โ ๏ธ Important Product Disclaimer
This Kara is individually handmade using traditional manufacturing techniques. As each piece is handcrafted, minor polishing marks, weld marks, tiny grinding marks, slight surface irregularities or small finishing variations may occasionally be present and should not be considered defects.
The decorative chain design is created using carefully formed recycled steel chain combined with a smooth inner Kara. Small variations between individual pieces are part of the handcrafted character of the product.
Please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing. Minor variations in weight and dimensions are normal due to the handmade manufacturing process. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions and screen settings.
