✨ Daily Hukamnama Reflection – SGGS Ang 1140 ✨
Jo jo ḏīsai so so rogī.
Rog rahiṯ merā saṯgur jogī.
🌿 Meaning (English):
Whoever I see is afflicted with some disease. Only my True Guru, the Divine Yogi, is completely free from all disease.
(Punjabi - Gurmukhi):
(Hindi):
💫 Reflection:
Gurbani reminds us that the deepest illnesses are not always physical. Many people appear healthy on the outside, yet struggle with worry, anger, ego, greed, attachment, or fear within. These inner afflictions disturb the mind and keep us away from lasting peace.
The Guru is described as "ਰੋਗ ਰਹਿਤ" (free from disease) because Divine Wisdom is untouched by these weaknesses. By connecting with Gurbani, Naam, and the Guru's teachings, we gradually heal the spiritual ailments that burden our hearts.
This Shabad encourages us not merely to seek relief from worldly problems, but to seek the wisdom that cures the root causes of suffering. True healing begins when the mind turns toward Waheguru.
🌼 Message for Today:
The greatest cure is not found outside but within. Stay connected to Gurbani and let the Guru heal the mind and soul.
