✨ Daily Hukamnama Reflection – SGGS Ang 1364 ✨
ਕਬੀਰ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਤਿ ਕਉ ਸਭੁ ਕੋ ਹਸਨੇਹਾਰੁ ॥
ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਇਸ ਜਾਤਿ ਕਉ ਜਿਹ ਜਪਿਓ ਸਿਰਜਨਹਾਰੁ ॥
कबीर मेरी जाति कउ सभु को हसनेहारु ॥
बलिहारी इस जाति कउ जिह जपिओ सिरजनहारु ॥
Kabeer méree jaaṫ kao sabh ko hasnéhaar.
Balihaaree is jaaṫ kao jih japio sirjanhaar.
🌿 Meaning (English):
Kabir says: Everyone laughs at my social class. Yet I am blessed to belong to this class, because within it I remember and meditate on the Creator.
🌿 ਅਰਥ (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ):
ਕਬੀਰ ਜੀ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ: ਲੋਕ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਤ ਦਾ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਉਡਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਜਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਹਾਂ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
🌿 अर्थ (Hindi):
कबीर जी कहते हैं: लोग मेरी जाति का उपहास करते हैं, पर मैं इसी जाति पर बलिहार जाता हूँ क्योंकि इसी में रहकर मैंने अपने सृजनहार का स्मरण किया है।
💫 Reflection:
Bhagat Kabir Ji teaches that a person's true worth is not determined by caste, status, wealth, or social position. What truly matters is one's connection with the Creator. Society may judge people by outward labels, but Waheguru looks at the purity of the heart and devotion within.
This shabad reminds us to rise above pride and prejudice. Rather than seeking honour from the world, we should seek the blessing of Naam and remembrance of the Divine. A humble person connected to Waheguru is spiritually richer than any worldly title or position.
