✨ Daily Hukamnama Reflection – SGGS Ang 1429 ✨
ਨਾਮੁ ਰਹਿਓ ਸਾਧੂ ਰਹਿਓ ਰਹਿਓ ਗੁਰੁ ਗੋਬਿੰਦੁ ॥
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਇਹ ਜਗਤ ਮੈ ਕਿਨ ਜਪਿਓ ਗੁਰ ਮੰਤੁ ॥
Naam rahio saadhoo rahio rahio gur gobind.
Kaho Naanak ih jagat mae kin japio gur mant.
🌿 Meaning:
The Naam remains; the Holy Saints remain; the Guru, the Lord of the Universe, remains. Says Nanak, how rare are those who truly meditate on the Guru’s Mantra in this world.
💫 Reflection:
After reminding us that everything in this world is temporary, Guru Sahib now reveals what is eternal. Not wealth, not status, not relationships — but Naam, the presence of the Divine, and the company of the spiritually awakened (Saadh Sangat).
In a world full of distractions, it is easy to forget this truth. Many hear Gurbani, but only a few truly live it. That is why Guru Sahib says such people are rare — not because the path is hidden, but because the mind is often elsewhere.
This Hukamnama is an invitation: to move from simply listening to truly connecting. When we bring Naam into our daily life — through remembrance, awareness, and humility — we begin to experience something that does not fade with time.
