ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਭ ਸ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਕਾ ਕਰਤਾ ॥
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਦ ਜੀਵੈ ਨਹੀ ਮਰਤਾ ॥
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਜੁਗਤਿ ਜੀਅ ਕਾ ਦਾਤਾ ॥
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਪੂਰਨ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਬਿਧਾਤਾ ॥
ब्रहम गिआनी सभ स्रिसटि का करता ॥
ब्रहम गिआनी सद जीवै नही मरता ॥
ब्रहम गिआनी मुकति जुगति जीअ का दाता ॥
ब्रहम गिआनी पूरन पुरखु बिधाता ॥
Barahm giaanee sabh sarisat kaa karṫaa. Barahm giaanee saḋ jeevae nahee marṫaa.
Barahm giaanee mukaṫ jugaṫ jeea kaa ḋaaṫaa. Barahm giaanee pooran purakh biḋhaaṫaa.
🌿 Meaning (English):
The God-conscious being is connected with the Creator of the entire universe. Such a soul lives spiritually forever and does not truly die. The God-conscious being guides others towards liberation and remains united with the Perfect Creator.
🌿 ਅਰਥ (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ):
ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਜੀਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
🌿 अर्थ (Hindi):
परमात्मा को जानने वाला व्यक्ति प्रभु से जुड़ा रहता है। वह आत्मिक जीवन जीता है और मृत्यु से परे हो जाता है। वह दूसरों को भी मुक्ति का मार्ग दिखाता है।
💫 Reflection:
Guru Sahib explains the greatness of a God-conscious person — one who lives deeply connected with Waheguru through Naam and Gurbani. Such a soul rises above ego, fear, and worldly attachment, finding lasting peace within.
A Brahm Giani not only transforms their own life but also inspires and uplifts others through wisdom, humility, and compassion. Gurbani reminds us that true spiritual greatness is not found in status or power, but in living closely connected to the Divine.
