Why Use Meditation / Prayer Beads?
Meditation and Simran can sometimes be difficult because the mind naturally wanders. Prayer beads traditionally act as an anchor for focus and concentration.
The rhythmic movement of the beads along with mantra repetition and breathing helps maintain awareness and prevents distraction during meditation practice.
Many practitioners believe regular use of meditation beads helps create calmness, discipline, positivity, spiritual awareness, and inner balance.
Over time, a regularly used mala or Simrana Kara becomes deeply personal and spiritually meaningful to the wearer.

⚠️ Important Sarbloh Information
Please note rust is a natural characteristic of Pure Iron/Sarbloh due to oxidation. On regular wear, beads generally develop a darker blackish natural finish and become more stable.
If kept unused for long periods, minor rust spotting may appear which can easily be cleaned using oil, soap, or fine sandpaper.
Many Singhs traditionally apply coconut oil lightly to maintain the finish.
Each Kara is handmade and unique; slight variations in bead count, finish, or sizing may occur.
