📖 Description
The Black Sarbloh Pure Iron Sikh Kara K12 combines traditional Sarbloh (Pure Iron) construction with a slim, smooth and lightweight profile finished in a distinctive black colour.
At approximately 6mm wide × 4mm thick, this design is considerably lighter and more discreet than many heavy Sarbloh Karas, making it an excellent choice for buyers who prefer the traditional Pure Iron material without an oversized or heavy bracelet.
Made in the holy city of Sri Amritsar Sahib, Punjab, these Karas are produced using traditional manufacturing methods. The natural character of Sarbloh together with the black surface finish means that each Kara can have its own individual appearance.
The black finish may gradually develop a more matt, worn-in appearance with regular use, particularly where the Kara naturally rubs against the skin, clothing or other surfaces.

All variation sizes represent the INNER DIAMETER of the Kara in centimetres.
For best results, take a Kara that already fits comfortably and measure straight across its inside from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge.
Do not measure the outside diameter.
Because this is a solid closed Kara, it must be large enough to comfortably pass over the hand and knuckles.

Is the black colour permanent?

Sarbloh naturally reacts with air, perspiration and moisture. Surface rust, oxidation, darkening, colour changes and other natural changes to the Pure Iron may therefore occur before or after use.
These Karas are made and finished using traditional processes. Individual pieces may display hammer marks, grinding marks, polishing lines, scratches, cuts, scuffs, small dents, dark areas, tool marks, surface irregularities, mould marks, pinholes, small bubbles, rub marks and uneven areas of black finish.
Some pieces may also show a small mark or reduced/missing black colour around an inner manufacturing or finishing area.
The black coating can naturally rub, wear or change with use. Areas subjected to regular friction may become lighter or develop a more matt appearance.
Some Karas in this batch have small surface bubbles or pinholes created during manufacture.
