ਮਨ ਚਿੰਦਿਆ ਫਲੁ ਪਾਇਸੀ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਬਿਬੇਕ ਬੀਚਾਰੁ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਮਿਲਿਐ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਪਾਈਐ ਸਭੁ ਦੂਖ ਨਿਵਾਰਣਹਾਰੁ ॥ मन चिंदिआ फलु पाइसी अंतरि बिबेक बीचारु ॥ नानक सतिगुरि मिलिऐ प्रभु पाईऐ सभु दूख निवारणहारु ॥ Man cẖinḏiā fal pāisī anṯar bibek bīcẖār. Nānak saṯgur miliai parabẖ pāīai sabẖ ḏūkẖ nivāraṇhār. The fruits of the mind's desires are obtained, with clear contemplation and discriminating understanding within. ਵਾਹੁ ਵਾਹੁ ਗੁਰਸਿਖੁ ਜੋ ਨਿਤ ਕਰੇ ਸੋ ਮਨ ਚਿੰਦਿਆ ਫਲੁ ਪਾਇ ॥ वाहु वाहु गुरसिखु जो नित करे सो मन चिंदिआ फलु पाइ ॥ vāhu vāhu gursikẖ jo niṯ kare so man cẖinḏiā fal pāe. The Gurmukh who continually chants Waaho!
