Daily Hukamnama Reflection – 31 Vaisakh | 14 May, Thursday | SGGS Ang 295 ✨

Sās sās simrahu gobind.
Man antar kī utarai chind.

🌿 Meaning (English):
With each and every breath, remember and meditate on the Lord of the Universe; the anxiety within your mind shall be removed.

(Punjabi):

(Hindi):

💫 Reflection:
This Shabad gives us one of the simplest yet most powerful spiritual practices—remembering Waheguru with every breath. We often search for complicated solutions to inner stress, but Gurbani shows us that peace lies in constant connection with the Divine.

When Simran becomes continuous—woven into each breath—it transforms our inner state. The mind, which is usually filled with worry and restlessness, gradually becomes calm and steady.

This is not about forcing remembrance, but gently bringing awareness back to Naam again and again. Over time, this practice becomes natural, and the heart remains peaceful even in the middle of life’s challenges.

🙏 Closing Thought:
Let every breath carry the remembrance of Waheguru.

🌼 Message for Today:
Turn your breath into Simran—peace will follow.
