📖 ਜਿਹਿ ਮਾਇਆ ਮਮਤਾ ਤਜੀ ਸਭ ਤੇ ਭਇਓ ਉਦਾਸੁ ॥
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਸੁਨੁ ਰੇ ਮਨਾ ਤਿਹ ਘਟਿ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਨਿਵਾਸੁ ॥
जिहि माइआ ममता तजी सभ ते भइओ उदासु ॥
कहु नानक सुनु रे मना तिह घटि ब्रहम निवासु ॥
Jihi maaiaa mamtaa tajee sabh te bhaio udaas.
Kaho Naanak sun re manaa tih ghat barahm nivaas.
One who renounces Maya and possessiveness and becomes detached from everything — says Nanak, listen O mind: God abides within that heart.

ਜੋ ਧਨ ਦੌਲਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਾਰੀ ਮੋਹ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਵਸਤੂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਪਰਾਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤੂੰ ਸ੍ਰਵਣ ਕਰ, ਹੇ ਬੰਦੇ! ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ।

🌿 Today’s Reflection
Maya is not just wealth.
It is attachment.
It is ego.
It is “mine” and “me”.
Guru Nanak Dev Ji teaches that when possessiveness fades, Divine presence awakens. When we loosen our grip on worldly attachment, Waheguru fills that space within.
Detachment is not coldness —
it is clarity.
It is freedom from control.
It is living without obsession.
When the heart is no longer owned by Maya, it becomes the home of the Divine.
