📅 3 Katak – 19 October 2026 | Monday

Ik oaʼnkār saṯ nām karṯā purakẖ nirbẖao nirvair akāl mūraṯ ajūnī saibẖaʼn gur parsāḏ.

🌿 Meaning (English):
One Universal Creator God. Eternal Truth is His Name. The Creator of all, without fear or hatred, timeless, beyond birth, self-existent, and realised through the Guru's Grace.

(Hindi):

💫 Reflection:
Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji begins Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji with the Mool Mantar, revealing the eternal nature of the One Creator.

These sacred words remind us that Waheguru is beyond fear, hatred, time, and worldly limitations. His Divine presence sustains all creation.

When we reflect upon Nirbhao and Nirvair, we learn to overcome fear and hatred within ourselves. Through Naam Simran, humility, and the Guru's wisdom, we gradually develop compassion, courage, and inner peace.

The Mool Mantar is not merely a statement of Divine qualities; it is a spiritual foundation that inspires us to live truthfully and recognise the One Light within all.

🌼 Message for Today:
Live without hatred, face life with courage, and remember the One Creator in every breath.
