ਭਾਈ ਰੇ ਤਨੁ ਧਨੁ ਸਾਥਿ ਨ ਹੋਇ ॥
ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਨੁ ਨਿਰਮਲੋ ਗੁਰੁ ਦਾਤਿ ਕਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਸੋਇ ॥
भाई रे तनु धनु साथि न होइ ॥
राम नामु धनु निरमलो गुरु दाति करे प्रभु सोइ ॥
Bẖāī re ṯan ḏẖan sāth na hoe.
Rām nām ḏẖan nirmalo gur ḏāṯ kare parabẖ soe.
O Siblings of Destiny, this body and wealth shall not go along with you. The Lord's Name is the pure wealth; through the Guru, God bestows this gift.
ਹੇ ਵੀਰ! ਦੇਹਿ ਤੇ ਦੌਲਤ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਵਿਆਪਕ ਸਾਈਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਦੌਲਤ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਹ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
