Transliteration
Paraanee raam na cheteee mad maaiaa kae andh.
Kaho Naanak har bhajan bin parat taahi jam fandh.
Meaning
The mortal does not remember the Lord; he is blinded by the intoxication of Maya. Says Nanak, without meditating on the Lord, he falls into the noose of death.
🕊️ Punjabi Arth:

🌿 Today’s Reflection
Maya does not just attract —
it distracts, blinds, and slowly distances us from truth.
Guru Nanak Dev Ji shows us a reality we often ignore:
We are not forgetting Waheguru suddenly —
we are forgetting Him gradually.
• One day without Simran
• One moment lost in ego
• One habit of distraction
And slowly, remembrance fades.
When the mind becomes intoxicated with the world,
it loses awareness of the Divine.
But the path back is always open:
Naam brings clarity.
Simran breaks illusion.
Connection restores purpose.
The question is not whether we believe —
but whether we remember.
🙏 May we stay awake, aware, and connected to Waheguru beyond the distractions of Maya.
