ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਾਨੀ ਨਿਸਿ ਦਿਨੁ ਭਜੈ ਰੂਪ ਰਾਮ ਤਿਹ ਜਾਨੁ ॥
ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਤਰੁ ਨਹੀ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਚੀ ਮਾਨੁ ॥
जो प्रानी निसि दिनु भजै रूप राम तिह जानु ॥
हरि जन हरि अंतरु नही नानक साची मानु ॥
Transliteration
Jo paraanee nis din bhajae roop raam tih jaan.
Har jan har antar nahee Naanak saachee maan.
Meaning
That person who meditates on the Lord day and night — consider him the very form of the Lord. There is no difference between the Lord and His humble servant; O Nanak, know this as true.

ਜੋ ਜੀਵ ਰੈਣ ਦਿਨ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਸਰੂਪ ਸਮਝ। ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਭਗਤ ਅਤੇ ਰੱਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਅੰਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ, ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸੱਚ ਮੰਨ।

🌿 Today’s Reflection
Gurbani reveals a very deep truth —
the one who lives in Naam becomes one with the Divine.
This does not mean becoming God in ego,
but dissolving the ego completely.
When a person:
• Remembers Waheguru constantly
• Lives with humility
• Sees the Divine in all
• Walks truthfully
Then their actions, thoughts, and presence reflect the Divine light.
Guru Nanak Dev Ji teaches that such a being is not separate —
they are aligned, connected, and immersed in Waheguru.
This is the highest state of Sikhi:
Not just remembering God occasionally,
but living in constant awareness of Him.
