📏 Kara Sizing Guide
All sizes in the variation menu refer to the INNER DIAMETER of the Kara in centimetres.
Method 1 – Measure Your Existing Kara
For the most reliable result:
- Take a Kara that already fits you comfortably.
- Place it flat on a table.
- Measure directly across its centre.
- Measure from one inside edge to the opposite inside edge.
- Do not include the thickness of the Kara.
- The measurement in centimetres is your approximate Kara size.
Method 2 – Measure Your Hand
- Make a fist.
- Place your hand on a flat, hard surface.
- Measure from approximately the middle of your first knuckle to the middle of your fourth knuckle.
- Use this measurement as a guide when selecting the nearest available inner diameter.
A small difference of approximately 1–2mm may often make only a minor difference, but individual hands and preferred fit vary. Measuring an existing comfortable Kara remains the recommended method.
