📏 Size Guide

All sizes shown in the variation menu refer to the INNER DIAMETER of the Kara in centimetres.

The easiest method is to measure an existing Kara that already fits comfortably:

1. Place the Kara flat.
2. Measure straight across the centre.
3. Measure from one inside edge to the opposite inside edge.
4. Do not include the thickness of the metal.
5. Select the closest available size.

Alternatively, make a fist and measure across the widest part of the knuckles to help estimate the size required.

Because this is a solid closed Kara, it must be large enough to pass comfortably over the hand and knuckles.
