Mild Water & Gentle Cycle: First of all, you can use a wet cloth to wipe. And then gently rinse in mild water. But avoid using bleach, because it may impair the quality of the custom flag's design.

Do Not Bleach: Don't bleach your flag.

Hand Dry: Then hang dry it on a taut line or an absorbent cotton towel placed on a flat surface.

Ironability: Also, remember to steam iron your flag or take it to a professional laundry.

Most noteworthy please store your flag properly when not used. Although a custom flag is meant to be worn-out, you can sustain its life by good maintenance.

HOW CAN I ORDER

Q:What types of files can I upload?

Q:What are the file upload specifications?

A:For example, if your flag is 3x5ft so your final edited image will follow a 3:5 image ratio. We recommend you to provide an image that is at least 2000px on the smallest side to ensure clear printing when it is scaled to 3x5ft. You can print with a lower image size however it may appear pixelated or blurry when scaled. Please allow a 5% bleed area on all edges of the flag to ensure no important parts of your image are cut out during production.

Q: What is vector format and why is it so important?

A: Vector art is created using vector illustration software programs, such as Adobe Illustrator. These programs use mathematic equations and geometric primitives (points, lines, and shapes) to create art that is clean, camera ready, and can be scaled infinitely, without any loss of quality.

Modern vector art created in Adobe Illustrator is commonly saved with certain file extensions. The four most common Vector file extensions are .ai, .pdf, .eps and .svg.

However, just because a file is saved in one of these formats, does not mean that it is truly vector art. Sometimes, people open raster files in Adobe Illustrator, and re-save the file in a vector file, without recreating the art using the vector editing tools. Vector artwork is most often created by a graphic designer.

Q: What if I don't have vector artwork or do not know how to get it?

A: If you don't have vector artwork, high quality JPEG/JPG, PNG, GIF, or PDF formats is also ok. Our art department is always happy to assist with conversion if needed. We will need a clear copy of your artwork to quote the conversion.

Q:What If I Don't Have A Design?

A:That's totally fine. Simply contact with us and we'd be happy to make you a design for a small fee. Nothing will be shipped out or payed for without your complete approval.

Q:Instead of uploading, Can I send everything through E-mail?

A: Yes, you can send us all your images, artwork and specific design requirement at yazanie@yeah.net, your dedicated customer service representative will handling everything for you.

Q: I am not sure how the customized product will come out, Do I get to see a proof?

A: Yes, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR MESSAGE. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and send you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).

Q: Can I get a bulk discount?

A: Yes. We have multiple volume discounts offered to our customers and you can check the price on our website. The discount will be automatically applied once you change the quantity in your cart.

Q: Can I reorder a new one with the same design?

A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.

Q:How long will it take to receive my custom flag?

A:We fulfill your design request each time within 1-3 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 2-4 days. Once the order has been processed and completed the shipping time will depend on your selected shipping method and location.

(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)

Q: How to track my order?

Q:Are custom flags returnable if I don't like it?

A:Unfortunately custom flags are not eligible for return. If you feel that there was an issue with the flag or it didn't turn out as expected please contact us and our team will help find a resolution.

Q: Can I order my flag at a size other than the options above?

A: Yes, you can customize your flag at any size you want, without being limited to the size options in this page. Please contact us, name your size, and we will handle everything from there.

Q: What are the differences between single-side and double-sided custom flag?

A: For a single-sided custom flag, the image printed on one side, so the image is reverse seen from the back, so it is good for display. And for the double-sided custom flag, you will get the right image at both sides, ideal for proud flying.

Q: If I order a double-sided flag, can I get different designs on both sides?

A: We can definitely do that! The minimum order quantity to print two images on each side of a flag is one.

Q: What kind of fabric and material do you use?

A: We use specific 100% polyester with rust-resistant brass grommets. The flags are sewn with double stitches on each rim.

Q: Is the custom flag good for outdoor using?

A: Yes, our custom flags are designed to be used both indoors and outdoors. If you use it for out door, we can not give an exact answer to how long the flag will last, The government generally expects a polyester or cotton bunting flag to last approximately 180 days based on daily usage from sunrise to sunset - but not during periods of inclement weather. Tests have shown that in some cases a flag flown 24 hours a day will last only one-forth as long as one flown during daylight hours only. Regardless of how well it is constructed, a flag is, after all, only a piece of cloth and will sooner or later succumb to the elements. However, it has been well documented that reasonably good care can contribute greatly to longer life.

Q: Does my custom flag come with mounting rings or poles?

A: The standard custom flag contains one flag only, but we do sell accessories for the standard flag if needed. Click HERE to find what you may need.

Q: Can I customize the shape of my flag?

A: Yes, custom flags can be made in a variety of shapes, including rectangular, square, triangular, and custom shapes. Just feel free to leave your customization requirement. FYI, you need to pay an extra $10 for the processing fee.

Q: How do I get rid of wrinkle from the polyester custom flag?

A: You can use an iron machine to steam the custom flag. Make sure adjust your temperature to warm, not too hot.

Q: How to prevent the flag become fade?

A: Continuous exposure to the sun will fade your flag, but you can slow down the process by sparing your flag with a UV fabric protector. And store your flag in a dark and dry area when you don't use.

Q: Is my custom flag washable?

A: Yes, your custom flags are washable in mild water with a gentle wash. Do not use bleach.
