📦 Product Description

This heavyweight Sarbloh Chakri Kara is individually handcrafted from 100% genuine pure wrought iron (Sarbloh) using traditional techniques that have been passed down through generations of Sikh artisans in the holy city of Sri Amritsar Sahib.

Its distinctive UFO-style Chakri profile features a broad rounded collar with a substantial heavyweight feel, making it an excellent choice for those who appreciate traditional Sikh craftsmanship and authentic Sarbloh Karas.

Unlike machine-produced bracelets, every Kara is individually shaped and finished by hand. This traditional manufacturing process gives each piece its own unique character, preserving the authentic appearance associated with Sarbloh Karas worn during the time of Guru Sahib.

Suitable for everyday wear, religious occasions and Amritdhari Sikhs, this Kara represents both Sikh heritage and timeless craftsmanship.

📖 Significance of the Sikh Kara

The Kara (ਕੜਾ | کڑا | कड़ा) is one of the Five Kakaar (Five Ks) established by Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji during the creation of the Khalsa in 1699.

Its circular form, without beginning or end, symbolises the eternal nature of Waheguru and reminds the wearer to live honestly, perform righteous actions and remain connected to the Guru's teachings throughout life.

The Kara also represents unity, commitment, courage and self-discipline, serving as a constant reminder to use one's hands only for truthful and noble deeds.

Historically, Sarbloh Karas were handcrafted from wrought iron and some battlefield variations were even used for protection during hand-to-hand combat, demonstrating both spiritual and practical significance.

⚠️ Important Information & Protective Disclaimer

This Kara is handcrafted using traditional blacksmith techniques in Sri Amritsar Sahib.

Because every Kara is individually handmade from genuine Sarbloh, slight variations in weight, thickness, finish and shape naturally occur and make each piece unique.

Minor forge marks, hammer marks, grinding marks, polishing marks, welding marks, tiny holes, dings, black marks or light surface oxidation may occasionally be present. These are normal characteristics of authentic handcrafted Sarbloh and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Karas are traditionally transported from Amritsar in bulk, therefore small handling marks may occasionally be visible before dispatch.

The natural finish gives every Kara an authentic appearance similar to the traditional Karas worn by earlier generations of Sikhs.

Colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

Measurements are approximate.
