ਸਭਨਾ ਕੀ ਤੂ ਆਸ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਸਭਿ ਤੁਝਹਿ ਧਿਆਵਹਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਹ ॥
ਜਿਉ ਭਾਵੈ ਤਿਉ ਰਖੁ ਤੂ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਸਚੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਕੇ ਪਾਤਿਸਾਹ ॥
Sabẖnā kī ṯū ās hai mere piāre sabẖ ṯujẖėh ḏẖiāvahi mere sāh.
Jio bẖāvai ṯio rakẖ ṯū mere piāre sacẖ Nānak ke pāṯisāh.
🌿 Meaning (English):
You are the hope of all, O Beloved; everyone meditates upon You, O my King. As it pleases You, protect and preserve me—You are the True King of Nanak.
🌿 ਅਰਥ (Punjabi):
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ! ਤੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਹੈਂ, ਸਭ ਜੀਵ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਲੱਗੇ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰ—ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾ ਸੱਚਾ ਪਾਤਿਸਾਹ ਹੈਂ।

हे प्रियतम! आप सबकी आशा हैं, सभी आपका ध्यान करते हैं। जैसे आपको भाए, वैसे ही मेरी रक्षा करें—आप ही नानक के सच्चे राजा हैं।
💫 Reflection:
This Shabad brings a deep sense of surrender and trust. It reminds us that no matter how complex life becomes, there is only one true support—Waheguru. Every being, knowingly or unknowingly, depends on the Divine.
When we accept that everything happens according to His will (Hukam), a powerful shift happens within. Fear begins to fade, and faith takes its place. Instead of resisting life, we start flowing with trust—knowing that the One who sustains all will also take care of us.
True peace is not found in control, but in surrender. When we let go of our ego and accept His will with love, we experience a calm that nothing else can give.
