The Gurmukh is weighed upon the scales of Truth. Through the Guru's true teachings, the mind's attachment to hopes and desires is restrained.
Today's Hukamnama reminds us that the true measure of a person is not wealth, status or worldly achievements, but truthfulness and spiritual integrity.
The image of the scales of Truth teaches us to examine our thoughts, words and actions honestly.
Our hopes and desires are not always wrong, but when they begin controlling our minds, they can distance us from inner peace and Waheguru.
Guru Sahib shows us another path: live truthfully, practise humility and allow Gurbani to guide our decisions.
Through Naam Simran and the Guru's wisdom, we gradually learn to distinguish genuine needs from endless desires.
True spiritual growth begins when our actions reflect the Truth we believe in.
Let Truth be the measure of your life. Seek less from the world and more wisdom from the Guru.
🙏 Shared with gratitude to Guru Ram Das Ji for His endless blessings.
