📖 ਭੈ ਕਾਹੂ ਕਉ ਦੇਤ ਨਹਿ ਨਹਿ ਭੈ ਮਾਨਤ ਆਨ ॥
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਸੁਨਿ ਰੇ ਮਨਾ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਤਾਹਿ ਬਖਾਨਿ ॥
भै काहू कउ देत नहि नहि भै मानत आन ॥
कहु नानक सुनि रे मना गिआनी ताहि बखानि ॥
Bhae kaahoo kao det neh neh bhae maanat aan.
Kaho Nanak sun re manaa giaanee taahi bakhaan.
One who does not frighten anyone, and who is not afraid of anyone else — says Nanak, listen O mind: call such a person spiritually wise.

ਜੋ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਉਂਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਡਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੜੀਏ! ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਬੇਤਾ ਆਖ।

🌿 Today’s Reflection
True strength is not loud.
True courage is not aggressive.
True wisdom is not fearful.
Guru Nanak Dev Ji teaches us that a spiritually awakened person:
• Does not intimidate others
• Does not live in fear
• Lives in truth
• Stands in divine confidence
When we walk in Waheguru’s hukam, fear dissolves.
When ego dissolves, we stop frightening others.
This is the balance of a Gurmukh — fearless, yet gentle.
