✨ Daily Hukamnama Reflection – SGGS Ang 93 ✨
ਤੋਹੀ ਮੋਹੀ ਮੋਹੀ ਤੋਹੀ ਅੰਤਰੁ ਕੈਸਾ ॥
ਕਨਕ ਕਟਿਕ ਜਲ ਤਰੰਗ ਜੈਸਾ ॥
तोही मोही मोही तोही अंतरु कैसा ॥
कनक कटिक जल तरंग जैसा ॥
Ŧohī mohī ṯohī anṯar kaisā.
Kanak katik jal ṯarang jaisā.
🌿 Meaning (English):
You are me, and I am You—what difference is there between us? We are like gold and the bracelet, or water and its waves.
🌿 ਅਰਥ (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ):
ਤੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਹੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੂੰ ਹਾਂ। ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿਚ ਕੀ ਫਰਕ ਹੈ? ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸੋਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕੜੇ ਵਿੱਚ, ਜਾਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਅਸਲ ਭੇਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ।
🌿 अर्थ (Hindi):
तू ही मैं है और मैं ही तू हूँ। हमारे बीच क्या अंतर है? जैसे सोना और उससे बना कंगन, या जल और उसकी लहरों में कोई वास्तविक भेद नहीं होता।
💫 Reflection:
Guru Sahib reveals the deep spiritual truth that all life is connected to the One Creator. Just as a wave is not separate from the ocean, the soul is not separate from its Divine source. Our sense of separation arises from ego and worldly illusion.
When we remember Waheguru through Naam and Gurbani, we begin to see His presence everywhere. This understanding brings humility, love, and respect for all creation, because the same Divine Light shines within every being.
