✨ Daily Hukamnama Reflection – SGGS Ang 1428 ✨
ਜਗਤੁ ਭਿਖਾਰੀ ਫਿਰਤੁ ਹੈ ਸਭ ਕੋ ਦਾਤਾ ਰਾਮੁ ॥
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਮਨ ਸਿਮਰੁ ਤਿਹ ਪੂਰਨ ਹੋਵਹਿ ਕਾਮ ॥
Jagat bhikhaaree firat hae sabh ko daataa raam.
Kaho Naanak man simar tih pooran hovėh kaam.
🌿 Meaning:
The world wanders like a beggar, while Vaheguru alone is the Giver of all. Guru Nanak Dev Ji teaches — remember Him, and your tasks shall be fulfilled.
💫 Reflection:
We spend life searching outside — for support, success, and fulfilment — often depending on people and circumstances. Yet Gurbani reminds us that the true ਦਾਤਾ is only Vaheguru. Everything we receive ultimately comes from Him.
When the mind forgets this, it keeps wandering like a ਭਿਖਾਰੀ, always lacking, always wanting more. But the moment we turn towards ਸਿਮਰਨ, something changes within — contentment begins to grow, and the feeling of shortage fades.
This Shabad is not just about asking, but about connecting. When we align with Vaheguru through ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਨ, our ਕਾਰਜ begin to fall into place — not always as we expect, but as per ਹੁਕਮ, in the best way for us.
