ਉਦਮੁ ਕਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਾਪਣਾ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਧਨੁ ਖਾਟਿ ॥
ਸੰਤਸੰਗਿ ਹਰਿ ਸਿਮਰਣਾ ਮਲੁ ਜਨਮ ਜਨਮ ਕੀ ਕਾਟਿ ॥
उदमु करि हरि जापणा वडभागी धनु खाटि ॥संतसंगि हरि सिमरणा मलु जनम जनम की काटि ॥
Uḏam kar har jāpṇā vadbẖāgī ḏẖan kẖāt.
Saṯsang har simraṇā mal janam janam kī kāt.
Make the effort, and chant the Lord's Name. O very fortunate ones, earn this wealth. In the Society of the Saints, meditate in remembrance on the Lord, and wash off the filth of countless incarnations.
ਹੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ! ਤੂੰ ਉਪਰਾਲਾ ਕਰ, ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਾਧ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਦੀ ਖੱਟੀ ਖੱਟ। ਸਾਧ-ਸੰਗਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਚਿੰਤਨ ਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਜਨਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੰਦਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਹ ਸੁੱਟ।
