Unlike mass-produced stainless steel Karas, genuine Sarbloh Karas are made from pure iron, giving every Kara its own individual character. Because Sarbloh is pure iron, minor rust, oxidation, forge marks, machining lines, polishing marks, grinding marks, tiny holes, dings or slight surface imperfections may naturally occur. These are normal characteristics of authentic handmade Sarbloh Karas and are not considered defects.
The visible circular machining lines shown in the photographs are part of the traditional manufacturing process and help demonstrate that each Kara is individually finished rather than mass-produced.
Karas are traditionally transported from Amritsar in bulk jute sacks, therefore minor handling marks may occasionally be present before reaching us.
