If selecting Next Day, 24-hour, or 48-hour delivery for customised items:

You must contact us before placing the order.

Dispatch will occur:

  • Once the customised item reaches our site (approximately 5–14 working days)
  • Plus 1 working day for processing

After dispatch, the parcel will follow the selected express service timeline.

Express shipping does not reduce customisation time.

7. Collection & Storage Policy

OnlineSikhStore Ltd operates as an online-only store.

All stock is securely stored in warehouse/storage facilities.
No inventory is kept at our registered address.

For collection orders:

  • Items are retrieved from storage after order placement
  • Items are picked, packed, and brought to our address
  • Collection details are provided once ready

Stock is stored approximately 30 minutes away.

We do not offer browsing or pre-purchase viewing due to off-site storage.

Customers may inspect or try items at the time of collection.

8. No Cancellations Policy

We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Our dispatch operations and customer support systems operate separately.
By the time a cancellation request is received, the order may already have been processed or dispatched.

Cancellations also incur handling and restocking costs.
