The variation size represents the approximate INNER DIAMETER of the Kara in centimetres.

For the most reliable measurement, take a correctly fitting existing Kara and measure straight across the inside centre, without including the thickness of the metal.
Remember that a fixed Kara must pass over the widest part of the hand. Therefore, wrist circumference alone is not sufficient for determining Kara size.
