 ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਸਬਦੁ ਰਾਖੁ ਮਨ ਮਾਹਿ ॥ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਸਭ ਜਾਹਿ ॥ गुर का सबदु राखु मन माहि ॥ नामु सिमरि चिंता सभ जाहि ॥ Gur kā sabaḏ rākẖ man māhi. Nām simar cẖinṯā sabẖ jāhi. Keep the Word of the Guru's Shabad in your mind. ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਜਨ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਮਾਲਿ ॥ ਸਾਧੂ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਮਨਿ ਵਸੈ ਪੂਰਨ ਹੋਵੈ ਘਾਲ ॥   मेरे साजन हरि हरि नामु समालि ॥ साधू संगति मनि वसै पूरन होवै घाल ॥   Mere sājan har har nām samāl. ਵੈਸਾਖਿ ਧੀਰਨਿ ਕਿਉ ਵਾਢੀਆ ਜਿਨਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਬਿਛੋਹੁ ॥ ਹਰਿ ਸਾਜਨੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਵਿਸਾਰਿ ਕੈ ਲਗੀ ਮਾਇਆ ਧੋਹੁ ॥ वैसाखि धीरनि किउ वाढीआ जिना प्रेम बिछोहु ॥ हरि साजनु पुरखु विसारि कै लगी माइआ धोहु ॥   vaisākẖ ḏẖīran kio vādẖīā jinā parem bicẖẖohu. ਨਿੰਦਾ ਭਲੀ ਕਿਸੈ ਕੀ ਨਾਹੀ ਮਨਮੁਖ ਮੁਗਧ ਕਰੰਨਿ ॥  ਮੁਹ ਕਾਲੇ ਤਿਨ ਨਿੰਦਕਾ ਨਰਕੇ ਘੋਰਿ ਪਵੰਨਿ ॥   निंदा भली किसै की नाही मनमुख मुगध करंनि ॥ मुह काले तिन निंदका नरके घोरि पवंनि ॥   Ninḏā bẖalī kisai kī nāhī manmukẖ mugaḏẖ karann. Muh kāle ṯin ninḏkā narke gẖor pavann.   It is not good to slander anyone, but the foolish, self-willed manmukhs still do it. The faces of the slanderers turn black, and they fall into the most horrible hell.   ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਕਲੰਕਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ। ਕੇਵਲ ਮੂਰਖ ਆਧਰਮੀ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਸਿਆਹ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਦੋਜਖ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।  SGGS Ang...
