✨ Daily Hukamnama Reflection – 15 Sawan | 30 July, Thursday | SGGS Ang 1378 ✨

🌿 Meaning (English):
Baba Farid Ji says: If you possess true wisdom, do not record the faults of others. Instead, bow your head and examine your own shortcomings.

(Punjabi):

(Hindi):

💫 Reflection:
This Shabad offers a timeless lesson in humility and self-awareness. It is often easier to notice the faults of others than to recognise our own. The ego naturally points outward, while Gurbani gently turns our attention inward.

Baba Farid Ji teaches that true wisdom is not found in criticising others but in honestly examining ourselves. When we reflect on our own thoughts, words, and actions, we become more compassionate, patient, and understanding. Instead of judging people, we begin to appreciate that everyone is on their own spiritual journey.

Self-reflection is the foundation of spiritual growth. As we correct our own shortcomings, our relationships improve, our hearts become lighter, and our connection with Waheguru deepens. The more we focus on improving ourselves, the less desire we have to find fault with others.

🙏 Closing Thought:
The path to wisdom begins with looking within, not pointing at others.

🌼 Message for Today:
Before judging someone else, pause and reflect on your own actions. A humble heart is always closer to Waheguru.
