🌿 Meaning (English):
My Beloved True Guru is my Protector. I am a helpless child—please care for me. The Perfect True Guru is my Mother and Father. Receiving the Guru's life-giving wisdom, the lotus of my heart blossoms.
(Punjabi - Gurmukhi):
(Hindi):
💫 Reflection:
This beautiful Hukamnama reminds us of the loving relationship between the Guru and the seeker. Guru Sahib is not only our spiritual guide but also our eternal protector, caring for us with the love of both a mother and a father.
Like a child who finds complete security in the arms of loving parents, the Sikh finds peace by placing complete trust in the Guru. The Guru nourishes us with Gurbani, guiding us through life's challenges and helping our hearts blossom with wisdom, compassion, and faith.
The image of the lotus blooming reminds us that even while living in the world, our hearts can remain pure and beautiful when nourished by the Guru's teachings.
🌼 Message for Today:
Trust the Guru as your eternal guide and protector. Let Gurbani nourish your soul, and your heart will blossom with peace, love, and Divine wisdom.
