📖 Description

The Sikh Kara (ਕੜਾ / کڑا / कड़ा) is one of the sacred Five Ks (Panj Kakaar) and represents an eternal commitment to Waheguru and righteous living.

Guru Gobind Singh Ji formally established the Kara as one of the Five Ks during the historic Amrit Sanchar of Vaisakhi 1699, making it one of the most recognised symbols of Sikh identity.

This rare Sher Panja Warrior Kara draws inspiration from historical battlefield Karas worn by Sikh warriors. In earlier times, certain Karas featured raised ridges or projections and were associated with martial traditions alongside the Sikh practice of Shastar Vidya.

Each Kara is individually handcrafted using traditional forging techniques that have remained largely unchanged for generations.

Every piece is unique—no two Karas will ever be exactly alike in weight, finish, width, texture or appearance.

Many practising Singhs value these authentic handmade Sarbloh Karas because they preserve the traditional appearance and craftsmanship associated with Sikh history.

⚖️ Important Information & Protective Disclaimer

This Kara is handcrafted from traditional Pure Sarbloh (Pure Iron) using age-old forging methods rather than modern machine production.

Please note that the following are normal characteristics of authentic handmade Sarbloh Karas and are NOT defects:

• Natural rust spots or oxidation may occasionally be present because Pure Iron naturally oxidises.

• Hairline forge marks or tiny stress lines around the handmade joint may occasionally be visible.

• Hammer marks, grinding marks, polishing marks, forge marks, black marks, cut marks, surface scratches, minor dings and small dents are natural characteristics of traditional handmade Sarbloh craftsmanship.

• Every Kara is individually handmade, therefore no two Karas are identical. Weight, width, spike shape, thickness, finish, colour tone and appearance will naturally vary.

• Small variations in spike positioning and handcrafted shaping are expected and add to the authenticity of each Kara.

• Many Singhs regularly polish or lightly clean Pure Sarbloh Karas as part of their normal care routine.

• Colour may vary slightly due to lighting, photography or monitor settings.

These characteristics are recognised by the Sikh community as signs of a genuine handcrafted Sarbloh Kara made using traditional methods rather than modern mass production.

📦 Packaging Notice
