Sās sās simrahu gobind.
Man antar kī utarai chind.
🌿 Meaning (English):
With each and every breath, remember and meditate on the Lord of the Universe, and the anxiety within your mind shall disappear.
(Punjabi):
(Hindi):
💫 Reflection:
Guru Sahib gives us a simple yet life-changing teaching: make the remembrance of Waheguru as natural as breathing. We often look for peace in changing our circumstances, but Gurbani teaches that lasting peace begins by changing the direction of our mind.
The worries we carry are often about the future, our responsibilities, or things beyond our control. When we keep bringing our mind back to Naam, our perspective begins to change. The problems may still exist, but they no longer control our thoughts or steal our peace.
Simran is not limited to a specific place or time. Whether we are working, travelling, serving others, or spending time with family, every breath can become an opportunity to remember Waheguru. As remembrance becomes a habit, fear gives way to faith, restlessness gives way to contentment, and the heart experiences the calm that comes from living in the Divine presence.
🙏 Closing Thought:
Every breath is a gift—fill it with the remembrance of Waheguru.
🌼 Message for Today:
Let every breath bring you closer to Naam, and allow Waheguru to replace your worries with peace.
