✨ Daily Hukamnama Reflection – SGGS Ang 133 ✨
ਤੇਰੇ ਕਵਨ ਕਵਨ ਗੁਣ ਕਹਿ ਕਹਿ ਗਾਵਾ ਤੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਗੁਣੀ ਨਿਧਾਨਾ ॥
ਤੁਮਰੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਬਰਨਿ ਨ ਸਾਕਉ ਤੂੰ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਊਚ ਭਗਵਾਨਾ ॥
तेरे कवन कवन गुण कहि कहि गावा तू साहिब गुणी निधाना ॥
तुमरी महिमा बरनि न साकउ तूं ठाकुर ऊच भगवाना ॥
Ŧere kavan kavan guṇ kahi kahi gāvā ṯū sāhib guṇī niḏẖānā.
Ŧumrī mahimā baran na sākao ṯūʼn ṯẖākur ūcẖ bẖagvānā.
🌿 Meaning (English):
Which of Your countless virtues should I sing and describe, O Lord? You are the treasure house of all excellence. I cannot fully express Your greatness; You are the Supreme and Exalted Lord.
🌿 ਅਰਥ (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ):
ਹੇ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ! ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਕਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਕਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਵਡਿਆਈਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਰਣਨ ਕਰਾਂ? ਤੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਹੈਂ। ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ। ਤੂੰ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚਾ ਤੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹੈਂ।
🌿 अर्थ (Hindi):
हे प्रभु! मैं तेरे कौन-कौन से गुणों का वर्णन करूँ? तू सभी गुणों का भंडार है। मैं तेरी महिमा का पूरा वर्णन नहीं कर सकता। तू सर्वोच्च और महान भगवान है।
💫 Reflection:
Guru Sahib reminds us that Waheguru’s greatness is beyond human words and understanding. Every blessing we receive, every breath we take, and every moment of grace reflects His endless virtues. The more we contemplate His greatness, the more humility and gratitude arise within us.
Rather than becoming absorbed in worldly worries, Gurbani encourages us to remember and appreciate the countless blessings already present in our lives. A heart filled with gratitude naturally moves closer to the Divine.
