Jio bẖāvai ṯio rakẖ ṯū mere piāre sacẖ Nānak ke pāṯisāh.
🌿 Meaning (English):
You are the hope of all, O my Beloved. Everyone meditates upon You, O my Lord. As it pleases You, protect and preserve me, O Beloved; You are Nanak's True King.
(Punjabi - Gurmukhi):
(Hindi):
💫 Reflection:
This beautiful Shabad reminds us that Waheguru is the ultimate source of hope. People may support us for a while, but only the Divine remains constant through every stage of life.
Guru Sahib teaches us to place our trust not in changing circumstances but in the Eternal One. When we surrender ourselves to His wisdom and accept His Hukam, fear begins to fade and faith grows stronger.
The prayer, "ਜਿਉ ਭਾਵੈ ਤਿਉ ਰਖੁ" ("Protect me as it pleases You"), is a powerful expression of complete trust. Instead of asking life to unfold according to our wishes, Gurbani teaches us to seek the strength to accept the Divine Will with love and gratitude.
🌼 Message for Today:
Let Waheguru be your greatest hope. Trust His wisdom, accept His Hukam, and walk through life with faith instead of fear.
