📖 ਭੈ ਨਾਸਨ ਦੁਰਮਤਿ ਹਰਨ ਕਲਿ ਮੈ ਹਰਿ ਕੋ ਨਾਮੁ ॥
ਨਿਸਿ ਦਿਨੁ ਜੋ ਨਾਨਕ ਭਜੈ ਸਫਲ ਹੋਹਿ ਤਿਹ ਕਾਮ ॥
भै नासन दुरमति हरन कलि मै हरि को नामु ॥
निसि दिनु जो नानक भजै सफल होहि तिह काम ॥
Bhae naasan durmat haran kal mae har ko naam.
Nis din jo Naanak bhajae safal hohi tih kaam.
In this Dark Age of Kali Yuga, the Name of the Lord destroys fear and removes evil-mindedness. Night and day, O Nanak, whoever meditates on the Lord’s Name sees all their works brought to fruition.

ਕਲਯੁਗ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨਹਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਟੀ ਅਕਲ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਰੈਣ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਹੁੰ, ਜੋ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਨੇਪਰੇ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

We live in restless times.
Anxiety is common.
Distraction is constant.
Fear spreads quickly.
Guru Nanak Dev Ji gives us one powerful remedy — Naam.
Naam removes fear.
Naam clears negative thinking.
Naam aligns our actions with Divine will.
Success in Sikhi is not measured by wealth or status.
It is measured by connection.
When remembrance becomes daily,
clarity replaces confusion.
Courage replaces fear.
Grace replaces struggle.
Chant by day.
Remember by night.
Let the Name guide every step.
