📖 ਜਿਹਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਨੀ ਹਉਮੈ ਤਜੀ ਕਰਤਾ ਰਾਮੁ ਪਛਾਨਿ ॥
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਵਹੁ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਨਰੁ ਇਹ ਮਨ ਸਾਚੀ ਮਾਨੁ ॥
जिहि प्रानी हउमै तजी करता रामु पछानि ॥
कहु नानक वहु मुकति नरु इह मन साची मानु ॥
Jihi paraanee haumae tajee kartaa raam pachhaan.
Kaho Naanak vahu mukat nar ih man saachee maan.
That mortal who forsakes egotism and realizes the Creator Lord — says Nanak, that person is liberated; O mind, know this as true.

ਜਿਹੜਾ ਜੀਵ ਹੰਗਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ਮੋਖਸ਼ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਇਨਸਾਨ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਜਾਣ, ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੜੀਏ!

🌿 Today’s Reflection
Ego is the biggest wall between us and Waheguru.
When “I” becomes smaller,
Truth becomes clearer.
When pride fades,
Grace flows.
Guru Nanak Dev Ji teaches that liberation is not after death — it begins the moment ego dissolves and the Creator is truly recognised within.
Freedom is not found in status, wealth, or praise.
It is found in surrender.
It is found in humility.
It is found in remembering who the true Doer is.
Release ego.
Recognise the Creator.
Live liberated — even while alive.
