Kara are new and have copper polish that will come off in few days and Matt Colour Copper Metal will show up which will stay same for whole life. There may be some black marks present on inner side (its not tarnishing - these are made due to moving in the machine whilst manufacturing) of kara, these will go off within few days of wearing.
