🌿 Meaning (English):
By beholding and focusing upon the Divine, I have been blessed with peace, happiness, spiritual well-being, and inner harmony. The Protector has preserved His child, and the True Guru has removed all suffering and distress.
(Punjabi):
(Hindi):
💫 Reflection:
This Shabad is a beautiful reminder that true peace does not come from worldly achievements, possessions, or recognition. Lasting happiness arises when the mind connects with the Divine and rests in the Guru's wisdom.
Life brings challenges, worries, and moments of uncertainty. Yet Gurbani reassures us that Waheguru is the eternal Protector. When we place our trust in Him and seek guidance through the Guru, the inner heat of anxiety, fear, and restlessness begins to fade.
The Shabad teaches that spiritual well-being is not merely the absence of problems—it is the presence of Divine awareness. Even during difficult times, a heart connected to Waheguru can experience peace, strength, and hope.
🙏 Closing Thought:
The Guru does not merely change circumstances; the Guru transforms the heart.
🌼 Message for Today:
Trust in Waheguru's protection and allow Gurbani to bring peace to your mind and soul.
