✨ Daily Hukamnama Reflection – SGGS Ang 1428 ✨
ਬਾਲ ਜੁਆਨੀ ਅਰੁ ਬਿਰਧਿ ਫੁਨਿ ਤੀਨਿ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਜਾਨਿ ॥
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਭਜਨ ਬਿਨੁ ਬਿਰਥਾ ਸਭ ਹੀ ਮਾਨੁ ॥
Baal juaanee ar biradh fun teen avasthaa jaan.
Kaho Naanak har bhajan bin birthaa sabh hee maan.
🌿 Meaning:
Life passes through three stages — childhood, youth, and old age. Guru Nanak Dev Ji teaches that without remembering and meditating on Vaheguru, all these stages pass in vain.
💫 Reflection:
Time never stands still. Childhood slips into youth, and youth into old age — often before we even realise it. We get busy chasing success, responsibilities, and worldly goals, believing there will always be “later” for spirituality.
But Gurbani reminds us clearly: without Naam, even a full lifetime can feel empty. The value of life is not measured by achievements, but by connection with Vaheguru.
Every stage of life is an opportunity — not to delay, but to begin. Whether young or old, the door to remembrance is always open.
🙏 Start where you are today. Even a small step towards Naam is never wasted.
