ਜੈਸੇ ਜਲ ਤੇ ਬੁਦਬੁਦਾ ਉਪਜੈ ਬਿਨਸੈ ਨੀਤ ॥
ਜਗ ਰਚਨਾ ਤੈਸੇ ਰਚੀ ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਸੁਨਿ ਮੀਤ ॥
जैसे जल ते बुदबुदा उपजै बिनसै नीत ॥
जग रचना तैसे रची कहु नानक सुनि मीत ॥
Transliteration
Jaese jal te budbudaa upjae binsae neet.
Jag rachnaa taese rachee kaho Naanak sun meet.
Meaning
As bubbles arise in water and quickly disappear, so is the creation of this world — says Nanak, listen, O friend.

ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੁਲਬੁਲੇ ਬਣਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਮਿਟ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵੀ ਅਸਥਿਰ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸੁਣ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਿੱਤਰ, ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਜਗਤ ਨਾਸਵੰਤ ਹੈ।

🌿 Today’s Reflection
Life feels permanent, but Gurbani reminds us — it is not.
Just like bubbles in water appear and disappear within moments, everything in this world is temporary:
• Wealth fades
• Beauty fades
• Status fades
• Even life itself passes
Guru Nanak Dev Ji teaches us to see beyond illusion and not become deeply attached to what is constantly changing.
The real question is not how long we live,
but how we live.
Do we remember Waheguru?
Do we live truthfully?
Do we walk the Guru’s path?
When we understand the temporary nature of life, we begin to value what is eternal — Naam, humility, and connection with the Divine.
