✨ **Daily Hukamnama Reflection – SGGS Ang 469** ✨
Ḋukh ḏārū sukh rog bhaiā jā sukh ṯām na hoī.
Ṯūʼn karṯā karṇā mai nāhī jā hao karī na hoī.
🌿 **Meaning (English):**
Suffering is the medicine, and pleasure is the disease, because in comfort we often forget God. You are the Creator and Doer; by myself I can do nothing.
(Punjabi - Gurmukhi):**
💫 **Reflection:**
This profound teaching challenges the way we normally think about happiness and hardship. We naturally seek comfort and avoid difficulties, yet Guru Sahib reveals that suffering can become a blessing when it awakens us spiritually.
In times of ease, we may become distracted by worldly pursuits and forget the One who sustains us. Difficult moments, however, often lead us to prayer, humility, and a deeper connection with Waheguru. The Guru is not glorifying pain; rather, He is showing that every experience can guide us closer to the Divine.
The second line reminds us of another powerful truth: Waheguru is the ultimate Doer. While we must make sincere efforts, we should also remember that success, opportunity, and outcomes unfold through His Grace.
🌼 **Message for Today:**
Do not see every difficulty as a punishment. Sometimes the challenges that bring you closer to Waheguru become the greatest blessings in your life.
