Ŧuḏẖ bẖāvai ṯā nām japāvėh sukẖ ṯerā ḏiṯā lahīai.   O my Sovereign Lord, as You keep me, so do I remain. When it pleases You, I chant Your Name. ਮੋਨਿ ਭਇਓ ਕਰਪਾਤੀ ਰਹਿਓ ਨਗਨ ਫਿਰਿਓ ਬਨ ਮਾਹੀ ॥ ਤਟ ਤੀਰਥ ਸਭ ਧਰਤੀ ਭ੍ਰਮਿਓ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਛੁਟਕੈ ਨਾਹੀ ॥ मोनि भइओ करपाती रहिओ नगन फिरिओ बन माही ॥ तट तीरथ सभ धरती भ्रमिओ दुबिधा छुटकै नाही ॥ Mon bẖaio karpāṯī rahio nagan firio ban māhī. Ŧat ṯirath sabẖ ḏẖarṯī bẖarmio ḏubiḏẖā cẖẖutkai nāhī. One may remain silent and use his hands as begging bowls, and wander naked in the forest. ਨਿੰਦਾ ਭਲੀ ਕਿਸੈ ਕੀ ਨਾਹੀ ਮਨਮੁਖ ਮੁਗਧ ਕਰੰਨਿ ॥  ਮੁਹ ਕਾਲੇ ਤਿਨ ਨਿੰਦਕਾ ਨਰਕੇ ਘੋਰਿ ਪਵੰਨਿ ॥ निंदा भली किसै की नाही मनमुख मुगध करंनि ॥ मुह काले तिन निंदका नरके घोरि पवंनि ॥ Ninḏā bẖalī kisai kī nāhī manmukẖ mugaḏẖ karann. Muh kāle ṯin ninḏkā narke gẖor pavann. It is not good to slander anyone, but the foolish, self-willed manmukhs still do it. The faces of the slanderers turn black, and they fall into the most horrible hell. ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਕਲੰਕਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ। ਕੇਵਲ ਮੂਰਖ ਆਧਰਮੀ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਸਿਆਹ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਦੋਜਖ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।                                                                                             SGGS Ang 755 #winter #tukhar...

ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਸਬਦੁ ਰਾਖੁ ਮਨ ਮਾਹਿ ॥ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਸਭ ਜਾਹਿ ॥ गुर का सबदु राखु मन माहि ॥ नामु सिमरि चिंता सभ जाहि ॥ Gur kā sabaḏ rākẖ man māhi. Nām simar cẖinṯā sabẖ jāhi.
