ਦਸ ਬਸਤੂ ਲੇ ਪਾਛੈ ਪਾਵੈ ॥ ਏਕ ਬਸਤੁ ਕਾਰਨਿ ਬਿਖੋਟਿ ਗਵਾਵੈ ॥ ਏਕ ਭੀ ਨ ਦੇਇ ਦਸ ਭੀ ਹਿਰਿ ਲੇਇ ॥ ਤਉ ਮੂੜਾ ਕਹੁ ਕਹਾ ਕਰੇਇ ॥   दस बसतू ले पाछै पावै ॥ एक बसतु कारनि बिखोटि गवावै ॥ एक भी न देइ दस भी हिरि लेइ ॥ तउ मूड़ा कहु कहा करेइ ॥   Ḏas basṯū le pācẖẖai pāvai. Ėk basaṯ kāran bikẖot gavāvai. Ėk bẖī na ḏee ḏas bẖī hir lee. Ŧao mūṛā kaho kahā karei.   He obtains ten things, and puts them behind him; for the sake of one thing withheld, he forfeits his faith. ਡਾਲੀ ਲਾਗੈ ਨਿਹਫਲੁ ਜਾਇ ॥ ਅੰਧੀ ਕੰਮੀ ਅੰਧ ਸਜਾਇ ॥ ਮਨਮੁਖੁ ਅੰਧਾ ਠਉਰ ਨ ਪਾਇ ॥ ਬਿਸਟਾ ਕਾ ਕੀੜਾ ਬਿਸਟਾ ਮਾਹਿ ਪਚਾਇ ॥   डाली लागै निहफलु जाइ ॥ अंधीं कमी अंध सजाइ ॥ मनमुखु अंधा ठउर न पाइ ॥ बिसटा का कीड़ा बिसटा माहि पचाइ ॥   Dālī lāgai nihfal jāe.
